Family Day at the Lehnis Railroad Museum rolls around on the first Saturday of every month, inviting families to climb aboard a day full of fun, discovery, and railroad history. It’s the perfect outing for curious kids, train lovers, and anyone looking for an easygoing family adventure. Admission is just $2 for guests ages 5 and up, while children 4 and under are free. The museum is open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with plenty to see and explore at every stop. One of the highlights of the day is the mini train rides, running from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting, for an additional $2 per person. This crowd-favorite ride is sure to bring smiles and make the visit extra memorable.
